I have thought for a while that the hotel was on the expensive side for what was on offer, and I hope the new owners don't ramp up the prices. The service was average to poor, all the staff looked surly especially one of the young men. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you to all of the staff, and we are looking forward to our next visit to see what changes have been made. We've stayed at the Hotel a few times over the years, last years visit wasn't great as we stayed in a standard room due to the hotel being full and the place felt a bit tired and chaotic at dinner service.
